Congratulations to the JCCHS swim team for competing in the AHSAA state meet (1A-5A) this weekend! All 7 swimmers competed in the preliminary round on Friday. Three events qualified for the finals on Saturday - Emerson Schneider, 7th grader from Prince of Peace, finished 6th in the state in the 200 Free and won the 3rd place medal in the 500 Free. The 400 Free relay team of Ren Elder, Katie Marie Everett (8th, POP), Ellie Everett, and Emerson finished 6th in the state.
