The boys and girls golf teams at JCCHS have wrapped up a successful season that included team and individual record best rounds and appearances in Sub-State Competition for both teams. Loaded with young talent and getting great experience against some of the top teams in the state has Coach Jim Brotherton very excited about the future of the golf program.

Melanie Harris, Kaitlyn shields, Shawnise Gregory, and Caroline Bonamy competed in Sub-State competition at Arrowhead Golf Club in Montgomery on Monday, May 6th. Kaitlyn led the team with a 90 which tied her for 3rd place in individual competition.

The boys team finished 5th in their Sub-State Tournament in Mobile, AL on Tuesday, May 7th. The team included Jack Jacobs, Campbell Farr, Jackson Shields, John Werszner, and Jack Carlisle.

Both teams came together for a season ending banquet on Wednesday, May 8th in the JC Commons.
