On Monday, April 28th, members of the varsity baseball team attended the Tyler Porter Memorial Golf Tournament in Birmingham. The event, organized by the parents of Tyler Porter, a former JCCHS baseball player, helps to fund a memorial scholarship in his honor. The scholarship is awarded each year to a senior baseball player.

The baseball team assisted in the running of the tournament and enjoyed a great day of sunshine, friendships and giving back to a wonderful cause benefiting JC baseball student-athletes.
