The John Carroll Catholic Middle School Girls Golf Team defeated the Chelsea MS Boys Team on Monday, April 1, at RTJ Oxmoor Short Course. The score was 162 to 163. The team was lead by Elsa Ray with a score of 37 and Shawnise Gregory with a score of 39.

Next up is McAdory MS on Wednesday, April 3rd at the short course at Oxmoor Valley.

Additionally, the JCCHS Girls Golf Team defeated the Springville HS Tigers on Monday, April 1st, at RTJ-OXmoor Valley Ridge Course. The score was 54 to 67. The team was anchored by our freshman golfers, Kaitlyn Shields and Caroline Bonamy. Cavs senior, Abigail Courtaney and junior, Anna Lancaster placed 3rd and 4th in the match.

The Lady Cavs will next take on Oak Mountain, on Thursday April 4th at RTJ Golf Course.

Finally, the JCCHS Boys Golf Team defeated the Springville HS Tigers on Monday, April 1st, at RTJ-Oxmoor Valley Ridge Course. The score was 173 to 193. The Golfing Cavs were lead by sophomore, Campbell Farr, with a nice score of 39. Tied for second was John Werszner and Jack Jacobs with 43’s. After a 1-4 season start, this match evens the record to 4-4. Next up the HS Boys travel to Bent Brook Golf Course to take on Helena and Pelham on Thursday April 4th at 3:00pm.
